Default How Much Rub?

I have a school bbq coming up and I'm trying to plan things out. How much rub is a good rule of thumb for two cases of butts?

Figure about 8 oz per butt x 16 butts = 8 lbs of rub.

YMMV.

Agreed. You could stretch 5lbs, though.
