Default My Saturday Cook Pron

Here's some Pron of my ribs, brisket point and sausage links. Cleaning out the freezer.

You can see where the cook treats were taken from the point that was leftover from the last comp.

And my happy customer!

Everything looks good. What did you end up doing with the point? Burnt ends?

Threadjack Alert!

Hey, you live in Keller. Have you been to Homestead Farms in Keller. I found them online, and wonder if it is worth the trip from Frisco to do some grass-fed beef shopping.

We now return you to the thread in progress.

I havn't tried them, since i'm on a pretty tight budget. They're about a mile from me.

Have you tried www.hirschsmeats.com in Plano? I miss living close by and stopping in there.

I have heard of them. I need to go there one of these days. I can get USDA Prime steaks here in Frisco.

I want to get some grass fed ribeyes and dry age them. I love the flavor a a dry aged, grass fed steak. I thought I'd give that place in Keller a try.

If you go there, even just to window shop, let me know what you think.
