Default anyone know anything about an Alto Shaam?

Ok, what's wrong with this? Am I missing something? I don't know anything about these, except I needed one - Mike Mills told me I did.

So I go to eBay and place a minimum bid - and get it.

Did I get a stinker? The guy says it works. Is it because its 110? That's what i need for the concession trailer anyway.

Alto Shaam Warmer Electric 110V 30Amp - eBay (item 140579959206 end time Jul-22-11 14:00:42 PDT)

Lemino - you can be brutal.

Had a friend who had one in his restaurant. Seemed like a great holding oven. I think if that one works, ya done good.

it was only 199 bucks. I asked the guy - and he said it works - and I just got a good deal. Seems like a once in a decade deal to me. If it works, I will be delighted. If not, I'll get it fixed. For that price....

I used the heck out of the Shaams when working at Luby's. We slow roasted our roast beef over night and then held in the same oven. Overall they were very dependable.
