Using the Infrared thermometer my wife said she'd smash if I pointed at her butt ever again.
Here is basic dome temp.


Here is aimed at vent hole.


Through screen and at inner liner,


Broke the first rule of BBQ... If your lookin you ain't cookin.

1:45 into cook and temp dropped so i figred I'd check.


Fatties done


Don't know about their 4 hour cook on one load of 8 briquetts. Maybe if i pack it.
