Default How much to make?

We primarily are a BBQ team, but have been getting requests for some private catering. We’ve been asked to cater a golf tournament for 180 people. I have no idea how much to make and was looking for some advice. They are requesting
Beef Brisket (I’ll make whole packers)
Pulled Chicken (I’ll make whole chickens)
Mac & Cheese,
Beans
Slaw
And they are dead set on having Mashed Potatoes.
Just wondering if anyone could give some suggestions on how much to make. Any help is appreciated, Thanks.

There are several calculators on our site.

There is a "sticky" to keep a thread about them easy to find.

A lot of folks like SeEzzy's at Post #12.
