This injector had the best reviews on Amazon.... I'm getting it for Christmas.....it's a 2oz. injector.... hope that's good enough for a "backyard cook".

Now don't get your knickers in a twist. Forget that cheap and fancy chit. Go down to a store that sells cow and horse supplies like Co-Op or TSC. Get a syringe and needle that will last a lifetime.

I get mine from a local feed store. For a couple of bucks, I can get a a needle and syrenge that I will use 5-10 times.

I really like it. At 1/2 gallon capacity, it's big enough so you don't have to reload that often for comp onjecting, but still small enough for cooking at home.
