Default Padawan's NK BBQ 3rd Place recipe

I want to share with you what I made on the NK BBQ 2011
My mackerel with beetroot salad and a rhubarb chutney recipe (good for third place)


Mackerel cleaning and filleting.



Afterwards with what grof powder sea salt and pepper.
Mackerel indirectly on the BBQ a minute or 20 to that he is gaar

Red bietensalade,

Ingredients:
1 cup Greek yoghourt
1/2 eetlepel of lemon juice
1/2 eetlepel of olive oil (extra vierge)
mespuntje cinnamon powder
1 teentje garlic
2 brushwoods parsley
300 g cooked red bieten
salt and pepper to taste

Construction:
In bowl yoghourt, lemon juice, olive oil and cinnamon powder by each other stir.
Garlic and squeezes pellen. Parsley chops and does.
The bieten just as let smoke indirectly on the BBQ, cease to cool, pellen and in small cubes to cut. Bieten yoghourt mixture spends scoops and opsmaak with what salt and pepper.

Rabarberchutney:

Ingredients:
250 g rhubarb
2 eetlepels of olive oil
1 large onion shredded
1 full eetlepel of kerriepoeder
1 eetlepel of sugar
considerable scheut of orange juice
what salts and pepper

Construction:
, Cut away the hard ends clean rhubarb eraf and appetite possibly hard nerven. Cut the stems in bits. Hot 2 eetlepels of oil in a pan and fruit the onion softly glazig. There a considerable scheut does orange juice and sugar and scoop rhubarb by it gone. this lets cook through to rhubarb to that gentle has become. Do vervolgens the kerriepoeder and bring on taste with what salts and pepper. This mixture to glade mashes sauce.

That looks amazing! And sounds exotic! Don't worry too much about the translation. I'm having fun figuring it out on my own. Besides...it's fun reading an accent. Thanks for sharing.

Looks great! Don't worry about the English - like bigabyte says, I like reading an accent. As Phubar can tell you, most of the Dutch I know can't be used around ladies.

My grandparents were all born in Groningen and the only Dutch I speak and read is "dutch oven"
