Default March Madness mid week cook

Usually go crazy at least once during the tournament and smoke too much meat the first day of the tournament. Weather looks good. Better half will be at work. Planning a brisket, pork loin, BBs, country ribs, sausage, turds.

Anybody else losing their mind?

Started the fire at 5:30, 36 degrees outside. Cold enough for us Texans! Put the brisket and country ribs in, with a fatty about 6:30. Some sausage went in a few minutes ago. BBs, loin, and whatever else I pick up at the grocery store when I go for beer go in a little later with some turds.

Low 50s now, and forecast high of 68 with sun and moderate wind. I needed this!
