Default Assorted Pork Chops on the BGE

Tonight's dinner. Cooked them at 400º Indirect for about 40 minutes. Had some steamed Potatoes (my favorite way of cooking them these days) and some Ranch Beans.

super looking chops right there. Love the little bit of char and they look nice and juicy, I bet they were delicious.
