Default PBC fatty

Work schedule has put a damper (see what I did there?) on my cooking lately. Tonight threw a fatty on the PBC. Half jimmy dean maple, half deer sausage. Made for a hearty breakfast dinner.

Yessir you're correct. Easiest way is flatten sausage out in gallon ziplock bag, cut down the sides of bag, put whatever filling leaving about a 1" border, then fold over and seal overlap and ends. Season with your favorite rub and cook to 165 internal.

Didn't have to worry about the eggs being to dry? i guess that's impossible being wrapped with sausage lol

You know now that you mention it I'm surprised Ron hasn't posted a comment. He's usually all over a fatty thread. Although I think he like his fatty's Like he likes his women. ....hot and Naked! But then again I can't blame him....
