Today was the first time I cooked multiple pork butts. Really, since getting my WSM a couple weeks ago, it's the first time I've been able to. Also cooked a cross rib roast for my brother and a whole turkey breast for the wife today. All in all, a good way to burn an entire bag of charcoal. That was all in addition to 10 lbs. of potato salad and 5 lbs. of cole slaw we busted out today. Anyway, here's the 2 butts pulled tonight.
