Default Dinner for one

My wife & kids are out of town this weekend, so I fired up the Weber and grilled up a man-type meal, along with the first green beans of the year from the garden.

that looks good enough to eat!.. but if you got rid of the potato and the green beans and substitute them with a rack of ribs and some baked beans....then that would be a greats man meal and also a gassy one too.haha

Being divorced, many of my meals are bachelor meals. I'd eat that, for sure.

I grew up eating canned green beans. The fresh ones are WAY better. And, they work perfectly with a good medium rare steak.

I hope you enjoyed it as much as we did.
