How to do a bacon weave...
I get a lot of compliments when I make my meatloaf with a bacon weave. I see a lot of folks on here use bacon weaves for fatty's too. So, for those who want to make a bacon weave, I posted a "How To..." on my blog.

I knew how to do the basic weave and have done it once, but I was just curious about the diagonal and if it was as simple as rolling the meat across it from a corner, so the question was answered... thanks!
