Looking for a Meat Company For Ribs, Pork, Chx and Beef - Southern Ca / OC/SD Area

Ok, for the most part, ive had it with RD for sourcing meat. Aside from their ribs, most of their meat is of crap quality and is becoming overpriced. Their Pork prices vary to much and im tired of it.

So, im looking for meat companies out there who you recommend, specifically orange county and san diego. Thanks

I'd say check with Neil "BigMista" Strawder. He's in your area and vends at the street fairs and farmer's markets along with his restaurant. Drop him a PM.
