I've had my UDS for a few weeks now and love it. This is my first attempt at BBQ chicken thighs. Turned out pretty damn good, flavor was killer, skin nice and crispy, meat was a just a shade over. Not to bad for my first time...
![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() I've found everything that helped me do this from this site. Thank you everyone for everything. ![]() |

Nice - those are definitely going to be good with that Keystone! What charcoal did you use?

I used regular old Kingsford charcoal with a hunk of mesquite.
Can't beat some Keystone light, 30 of 'em for $15 at Walmart! |

Keystone light is my secret ingredient too. After a couple or dozen of those everything tastes better.

Those look great and so does the Keystone. I have a lot of fun with my UDS. It is great to have a couple different types of cookers because they all have their own personalities and quirks. Have fun!
