Default Help! Having Withdrawls...

I have competed in 5 of the last 6 weekends. My pork and brisket should be on the cooker right now...but I have 2 weeks before my next comp....help!

Step away from the cooker, open the fridge, remove a cold beverage of your choice, drink. Repete as necessary.

LOL! How did you know I am self medicating with a LOT of beer tonight? I mean I always have some beer when at a contest, but I need MORE to not cook! LOL!

I know the feeling, its been over 3 weeks here and I was going to enter some small local competition just to cook. I decided, however, that with the payout they were offering, I would probably be working in the red.

Weird how perspectives change in just a few years...

Not to thread Hijack, but Crash is it not your 5 meat, short window, Hawaiian Luau this weekend?

Haahaa! Sweet!

My family took me out for an early Father's Day prime rib dinner, so that did help! Nice to eat a meal I didn't have to cook myself! LOL
