It's been quite awhile since I've spent much time around here, so I thought I'd re-do my cattle call. Soooo, big hello's from Missoula Montana and the currently-in-construction Burns St Bistro. We are a crew of 4 building an operation consisting of a Brick&Mortar restaurant, mobile kitchen, rentable commissary kitchen and BBQ catering. Every bit but the Catering is "in construction", we're out there spreading the word and will be spreading the sauce at catering gig's all summer long.
Here's some shots from us serving it up at a fund raising BBQ Fest last weekend. Was a great time and I think we impressed everyone we fed.
