I'm smoking some meats only for a friend at work who is having 12 guests.
Not providing anything other than the meats. Any thoughts if this is enough meat for 12 ( 3 of the guys are big, BIG guys and love to eat). 1 - brisket ~ 13lb packer 2 - boston butts ~ 8lb each for PP (maybe 3) 3 - Racks of baby backs 1 - Fatty thanks, al

Well, keep in mind there will be some pre-leftovers set aside for the chef and the mrs to nibble on. I'll probalby go with a smaller brisket and only 2 butts ~ 7lbs. Also, the 12 is confirmed, some may bring a quest so figuring that in may have 18ish.

Sounds like you threw a good party. there will be left overs for the Chef, But good chef's don't come cheap. Have fun.
