For shirts, I have had great luck with http://www.customink.com/. They have quality product, their customer service is outstanding, they are easy to work with and their prices are reasonable.

As far as banners, I used http://www.buildasign.com. Banner was a good quality, and I have had no issues with it.

Good luck,

I had good luck with The Print Shop, no art fees, no setup fees and good quality shirts for about $10-$11 per shirt. Tammy was really great to work with, and Gary I believe her husband did all of the artwork.
Just got them a couple months ago.

It looks like you have shirts covered but if you might be looking for a KICK ASS jersery, I would check out G2 Gemini (http://g2gemini.com/) and use the promotion code G2RUB11 on the order form. Here are what ours look like.
