Default RD BB Ribs question.

Hey guys, I am working an estimate for a work get together.
I need to know how many cryo packs are in a case of BB ribs purchased at Restaurant Depot.

I know each cryo is 3 racks but how many total cryo pacs in the box and what is the weight?

six cryos per case.

weight varies from @ 42 to almost 60.

FWIW my local RD has been running 3.29lb vs 2.99lb at Costco for BB's. I don't get it as they both carry the Swift brand and RD normally beats them.

RD has been raising their prices again.. Aside from their pork, im finding less quality every visit. Im about to just find me a meat vendor and axe RD all together.

What really pissed me off is i sent the wife down to pick up a case of baby backs, some chuckies and kosher salt for a gig tomorrow. A friend of mines son is graduating. We had bought Kosher salt at Stater bros last month for $7... RS's price per same 3# box? $21.95.. WTF?!? Im calling them in the AM.

Ive seen anywhere from 6-8 cyro packs down here in the San Diego store.. where as in Fountain Valley, i get less ribs.. Absolutely no consistency among any of their stores. SD store doesnt carry swift packaged ones either.
