Default Hello from North West Alabama.

Hi everybody I am Matt. I have been BBQ for a couple of years. I have learned alot and want to learn more. I started out on Pitmaster offset and made mods to it. Was able to make pretty good Q on it. It was just difficult to keep an even temp and used lot of charcoal. So just last year I built my first UDS and wow is all I can say. I have cooked on it prolly 5 times or so mostly just butt's for pulled pork. It works great makes me want to smoke something all the time.
