I haven't used my smokenator so I decided to throw some kielbasa on well I was messing around in the yard. At the end I opened vents to get temp higher and threw on some mushrooms and green onions. Shrooms were marinated in John Henry brisket marinated and threw on some Todds dirt. They were really good. I like kielbasa much better at a higher heat. I should have put on direct at the end.
Not sure why my camera was taking pics different. Posted two of the same to show the difference. |
