Nope. Cooked a packer a couple weeks ago though. Got a prime tri tip in the freezer that'll be coming out soon.

OH YEAH! Going to Moose's on Saturday. He mentioned that he'll be cooking a brisket. If it's as good as his tri tip, then I'm in for a fantastic meal. Glad he got those logs split and stacked already.

Can't believe how many people here haven't had amazing brisket. Kinda sad.

If anyone doubts that brisket is king of bbq, next time you are in San Antonio, go to Q on the Riverwalk for dinner. Then come back and post on this thread.
