I like brisket, tri-tip, and porterhouse too much to grind up any of them for a burger. However, if it isn't my meat that is being ground up, my curiousity gets the best of me! What time is lunch?

I'll throw in my two cents. BBQ brisket without sauce served with fresh sliced avocado and white bread is about as good as BBQ gets, IMO.

And so in the year of our Lord 2011, Tim and Tim together in blasphemy considered and acted upon the grinding of the Wagyu for the lowly purpose of a grilled sandwich. All who were witness were thus included in the blasphemy. Bet it was farkin' good fellers!
