Hi, found your site and thought I would stop by. Looks like a great place to hang out. I have been grilling for years but just built my first UDS! I have not tried it out yet but can't wait! I will get a pic or 2 on here of it. Not to bad for my first one. I have a guy who is coaching me on it, I will take any advise anyone would like to give me! LOL, Talk soon, Bob
