Default Surprise Package

Well, Tuesday we come home to find a post office notice that there's a package requiring a signature they're holding. Sender - "Netherlands".

Wednesday I picked it up after work and this is what's inside:

And in the background some HUGE ziploks (Or is that Hugh?)

Thanks Phubar!!!!! Naturally we had to try something so we're marinating some salmon to grill tonight...

Proving yet again that he's a stellar individual. Hat's off to ya phube.

Phrom lePht to right....

-red roast marinade (pork,chicken)
-spicey peanutbutter (peanut soup or sauce)
-soya based marinade (pork,chicken,beePh)
-another soya based marinade (pork,chicken)
-peanutsauce

The marinades are very PhlavourPhul and you don't have to add anything.
I normally make it a little thinner with applejuice and apple cider vinigar....or some wine.
Good to see you using it allready!
Never used it on salmon though....let me know Brother!
Don't show this stuPh to Red!

They all look good! May not post the salmon til tomorrow but I will let you know. Thanks for the lowdown on the marinades! The soya smelled and tasted fantastic and I'll be brushing it on the fish as it cooks as well.

Here's the way to make peanut sauce out of those blocks.

Warm up a small layer of coconutmilk (you can use milk or water instead) in a sauce pan, crumble the peanutsauce block in small pieces, add it to the coconutmilk, keep stirring till it gets saucy....not too thick
Important is to start with a small amound of liquid.
It's good with alot of stuPh but I suggest you guys make sate made out of chicken or porkloins.

I always have a can of Thai coconut milk (And bamboo skewers) on hand. I was already thinking pork loin satay.
