Sallisaw, OK Cookoff
Sallisaw, OK Chamber of Commerece sponsors a nice small contest, usually around 30 teams. She is hoping to get a few more teams for the event. She has 100% certified judges. Peoples choice on Friday evening will be by a panel of judges and be blind judging. Please contact Judy at the Chamber, 918-775-2558

Currently she has around 20 teams signed up not including mine. Her people's choice has been changed to an Anything Butt contest on Friday night with the winner taking the entire pot. It will be blind judging for the AB and $20 extra to enter.
