Hello fellas,

Wanted to introduce myself and say I look forward to your tutilage. I've done a little research so far on the site and I am impressed. I am very much a newb but l am excited to jump in and start smokin'.

I guess I originally stumbled across this website as I started searching for smoker info. Just got a wild hair one day that I would like to start BBQ'n more. Through research decided that I want to make my own UDS to start things off. With Father's Day in a month, I guess my dad is the lucky one that I will probably build a UDS for first...

I'm pumped about the build as I keep gathering more ideas from member posts. Thanks for the insight!

Jeremy

Hi Jeremy and welcome from Hickory, North Carolina... the UDS seems to be quite popular around here and there are tons of people using and building them all the time. You will have a great time with it for sure... good luck!
