Hello fellas,
Wanted to introduce myself and say I look forward to your tutilage. I've done a little research so far on the site and I am impressed. I am very much a newb but l am excited to jump in and start smokin'. I guess I originally stumbled across this website as I started searching for smoker info. Just got a wild hair one day that I would like to start BBQ'n more. Through research decided that I want to make my own UDS to start things off. With Father's Day in a month, I guess my dad is the lucky one that I will probably build a UDS for first... I'm pumped about the build as I keep gathering more ideas from member posts. Thanks for the insight! Jeremy |
