Default ribeyes and potatoes with veal demi glace.....

choice ribeye and roasted potatoes with veal demi glace and grilled rosemary ciabatta bread with olive oil and parm-reg and a green salad, not shown.

I like it when you can look at a COOKED ribeye and tell it had great intramuscular marbling. Nice.

thanks. these were great. i usually have to buy "nature well" (which is what these were) to get any decent marbling in any of the beef i buy down here, although i did get a real nice one from target(?) a couple weeks ago.
