I really like Plowboy's on chicken and pork and use McCormick's Montreal seasoning on beef. Pretty basic with salt, pepper, some onion, garlic, etc ...

The Rub Co. Has a nice line up that covers most bases. Check out 3 Eyz, Plowboys YB, Butcher BBQ seasonings, and most from John Henry are great. Hard to go wrong with anything from Big Bob Gibson's as well.
