My wife and I love to smoke with pecan. We always do our turkey this way for T-giving. Great flavor and great color.



My brother likes to set his turkey on his pit overnight and drink beer while he 'takes care' of it. This should be a good lesson, friends don't let friends bbq drunk.



IN his defense, only the skin was burned. The meat was smokey and moist.
