Default So I decided to make some BBQ Sauce...

So I decided to make some BBQ Sauce but could not decide on which kind to make. Since different sauces go better with different meats and since variety is the spice of life I made 4 different kinds. I made some Tomato based Sweet & Smoky Sauce (KC Style), Mustard & Vinegar based sauce (Southern Style), Brisket Drippings based sauce with some kick added (Texas Style) and last but not least a Zinfandel based sauce (Napa Style). These should be a good start plus I have open bottles of all 4 styles in the fridge.
