i am ready.

1. I got my smoke right (heavy heavy smoke for 12 minutes)
2. rub is dead on (1 tablespoon per brisket or butt just a pinch for ribs and chicken)
3. cooked a bunch a que up for my "test subjects" some preschoolers ages (1-3) and they loved it.
