Calling all EGGheads!
The cancer center at our hospital here in Ames held a fundraiser a couple of weeks ago. I donated a one-on-one Big T'z grilling/BBQ class that was auctioned off at the fundraiser. It seems they also auctioned a BGE along with the class, so I am now looking for some good BGE tips to give along with cooking tips.
So I thought I would check with the infinite knowedge base of the Brethren to see if there are any good tips/mods I should give him beyond just the basics (I have already directed him towards the videos on BGEs website). Any help you can provide would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!  ~Ryan
