Catering for some Guests from Kenya need help?

Does anyone have any experience with the food of Kenya?
My next door neighbor has hired me to do her Niece's College Graduation Party. But they are from Kenya and are flying in for the event. I do not know much of the food, but from what I have read on the net it doesnt seem all that bad. Looking for any additional info that some one might have.

Are they asking you because you do American BBQ or do they want you to do Kenyan food?

A whole lamb roast with tradition Kenyan spices/fuits would be killer. Not to mention very memorable for all of the guests.

Just two weeks we had a beautiful mashed potatoes made with regular spuds and banana. I was fantastic and is something you must try.

Great News! The client realized that why serve people who travel 1000's of miles to eat what they can have at home. So I get to do what I do Best. A mixture of BBQ and Grilled Foods American Style!

Funny thing I just found out is that Kenya's American Ambassador will be in attendance. Pretty cool!

African's tend to like spice, so maybe do some Jerk Chicken (little Carribean flair)....
