Doing PP, slaw, bbq beans, and brownies for a teacher retirment party in a few weeks. There will be 70 people attending. The catering calculator i used said roughly 40lbs raw pork was needed, im looking at about 4 oz servings of pork and sides per person. What amounts of beans and slaw should i go with? Thanks...

you using can beans? usually around 3 big cans juiced up with bacon and some smoked links on top. good luck brother not sure on the slaw

If the pork is your only meat, 4oz isn't going to be enough. I'd say closer to 6oz which will put you at just over 50#.
