Default Hello from Atlanta

I've been lurking for a while and have picked up a lot of knowledge from you all. Decided to join and give back, if only a little.
I cure my own bacon and decided that it was time to start smoking my own.
Did my first smoke last week (boston butt) and will post pictures if I can figure out how. Here's an attempt to post a picture of my set-up:

which didn't work because I see I can't post attachments.
Oh well, thanks anyway, guess there's always smileys...

Welcome! <--- Gwinnett native here
Hance - Lake Dogs Cooking Team - MiM/MBN/GBA CBJ and comp cook
Lake Sinclair, GA (strategically about an hour from darn near anywhere)
Started competing in chili cookoffs back in the 1990's and have competed in more than I care to count. I became a CBJ in MiM in 2005, then MBN and in GBA in 2010. I've probably judged 130+- BBQ comps (sanctioned and unsanctioned) over this time. That said, I really enjoy competing more than I enjoy judging, and hope to get back to doing 4 or 5 a year in the near future.

Thanks again everyone!
Aaron - we have some excellent ones (and some lackluster ones too)! Varsity has gone a bit downhill these days but they're still good - I like Mike's Chicago dogs myself.
keale - I don't have those options in this sub-forum (which makes the invitation to post pix here odd...) but I do in other sub-forums - I'm going to try in Test I think.
Hance - good to meet you - I was over on Buford highway today picking up some pork bellies for bacon. Hot enough for you yet?
