CAB/"Prime" Brisket in Dallas??
Any North Texas Brethren know where I can purchase CAB or "prime" brisket around Dallas/Fort Worth area? I am new to area and have not been able to find anything higher grade than Choice.

If you cook just flats, Tom Thumb in Rockwall stocks CAB flats. Bought 2 6 lb'ers yesterday for 26 bucks apiece.

My rancher in Greenville has full prime cab briskets that are trimmed already. They run 5.99 per pound but you do not have to do anything to them. Tell him you are looking for competion and he'll select the ones with good characteristics for that purpose. He will even let you sort yourself.
He can even get Waygu at that price but they are not trimmed. |

I get all my comp briskets at Restuarant depot, but you have to have a membership, they carry both

Just looked at the Restaurant Depot in Dallas and they have cab choice and ibc select only.
