lookin for a specific book
This book was mentioned a while back by a few of the brethren. I think John from patio daddio. This book is like an encyclopedia of ingredients. You look up something and it tells you what it goes great with and also tells you how to cook it, what spices to use with it, how to serve it and other info

Thanks john for the review. I thought it was the food bible but that brought up the wrong results during a search. i NEED to find that book
