Thanks for the post and slideshow! Those boxes looked great! I can only imagine how great the food was at that comp.
How did you feel about your turn-ins? Were you really solo cooking that event?

Love the layout of the brisket box
The pork box leaves a bit on the table, my eye just kind of wonders - the slices lack uniformity and it's hard to make chunks look uniform
Rib box should be tightened up, but look nice
The angle of the chicken pic makes it a bit tough to see the 4 behind the front two, but those two look good. Even though I personally don't judge parsley, I try not to give others the opportunity either.
