Default Cayenne Cinnamon Ribs with Maple Glaze

So, whaddaya think of this, you could certainly use the recipe when smoking them. Not sure I would like my ribs with this flavor profile, but I guess you never know till you try.

To me, that looks pretty tasty. I'm all about trying things that are considered outside-the-box when it comes to cooking. Sure, it leads to some waste but I have discovered a lot of cool flavor profiles by experimenting.

I'd up the cayenne to a tbs instead of a tsp.

The recipe is called "Cayenne Cinnamon Baby Back Ribs with Maple Glaze" but there is no cayenne mentioned in the recipe.

I'm assuming that the crushed red pepper is what they mean by cayenne pepper. If it is I'd up the quantity to a tablespoon like deguerre suggested.

There is a cinnamon flavored whiskey from Canada that I'd add a shot or two to the maple syrup glaze.
