Default A couple quick pork belly shots

I smoked a 2 pound slab of pork belly the other day, then cut it into pieces, grilled it and served with green beans.. yum! The rub was nothing but salt and pepper.

I've only used pork belly for cookin beans. Never dreamed of grilling it. Isn't it too fatty?

Smoke it first. I just grilled it to add a bit of crispiness to the outside.

I smoked a 6lber last month, I couldn't believe how overly rich it was. I can put down a rack and a half of ribs easy, but I could only manage a couple pieces of the belly.
