Default Some Wild Eats

The lambsquarter is growing well here.. I like to pick them when the plants are young and tender.

also the wild onions are doing well...

I cooked some wild onions in bacon drippings then added the lambsquarter..

grilled some venison backstrap from this last season .....

sauteed a few of the wild onions with some morels.... made a sauce with sand hill plum wine...

the lambsquarter with wild onions, venison steaks and morel plum sauce..

It was kinda tasty!

Thanks for looking at my wild eats!

Jeanie, do you have a twin? Everything you just "whip up" takes me forever. You've got to have a counterpart helping out. Or I am just a slow as slow is.
