Default First WSM Smoke: Big Fat Juicy Smoked Ham Sammich

I finally fired up my new WSM I bought a few months ago.

I have to say, I really like how well this smoker performs...don't have any cook shots, just the final product - Kiawe wood smoked ham on fresh baked rye with mustard and cheddar cheese, served with pasta salad:

To be honest, I wasn't smoking any meat at the time and we had a lot of rain and I was really busy and....
