Default My Budget Digital Thermostat

It consits of 1. 12V DC 4 A.H Gel Battery, 2.Purpose Digital Thermostat. 12 V DC. 3. Alarm Beeper. 4.12V DC 10W adjustable blower. 5.DC t0 DC voltage reducer.
When grill temperature reaches pre-set value, the blower will be turned off. When temperature reaches pre-set alarm temperature, Beeper will sound londly. By hand tune DC t0 DC voltage reducer, blower speed will be changed. For high temperature grill, you need the blower run in full. For low temperature you need blower to run at low speed. Accuracy of thermostat itsself is +-1 C. Highligh is deadly cheaper price.

Nice, i was just thinking about something similar the other day - while investigating this DIY sous vide heater setup. Eliminate the pump and heater coils, replace with the blower and you're good to go.
