Hello:
I'm a new member posting for the first time. I'm hoping to add natural gas to my Hondo smoker. I have an old gas grill in the back yard hooked up to an underground gas line. I'm hoping to hook up my smoker to the gas line for smoking brisket. Anyone know what I would need...I know I need a burner, some sort of shut off value, and a flexible hose to connect to. Anything else like a pressure regulator? Any idea where to get the equipment and/or advice? I prefer not to cause any explosions in the neighborhood. Thanks for the help TX SMOKER |
