great cooking class
just got back from a cooking class in River Falls, Wi. the class was held by illegal smoke bbq and the instructor was Chris Marks.
 if you ever get a chance to take his class DO NOT let it slip by. tons of really usefull info for the backyarder and the competator. not to mention it was also lots of fun and very tasty
