Default Cleaning out the Fridge

Had some Pulled Pork. Decided to use it to make some Machaca inspired burritos. Traditionally made with beef but worked great with the pork.

Reminds me of a few of my specialties - refrigerator fried rice, refrigerator beans, refrigerator scrambles....
