Its lettuce, its all green, and it has leaves. Anybody know if its OK to use?

I've seen what I'd identify as Bibb lettuce used quite often, so I don't see why Boston/Butter wouldn't be OK. I'm not exactly a lettuce expert, so it's very possible what I thought was Bibb was actually Boston.
