Default Sammy's Husker Chops

AHHH..yes. It's good to be me.

Sammy, my daughter, had an inkling to cook supper tonight. Simple thick cut sirloin chops on the grill with some sweet rub over lump and Mac and Cheese.

Tasted fabulous!
